Welcome to the website.  It is another sign of the times that we have this new media to use for providing information about our practice. 

 The philosophy behind this firm is to practice preventative law.  Documents for clients are always written with the idea that the document should resolve any issues rather than litigation. 

I have a general practice with particular emphasis in land use and environmental issues.    The firm also handles personal matters such as simple wills and divorces, real estate transfers, power of attorney and landlord/tenant issues.  

I provide a 30 minute free telephone consultation and make every effort to ensure that all persons contacting me get access to appropriate legal services, including referrals if necessary.
